Rebecca Chandler Salon Owner / Color Specialist I have been doing hair for 22 years.  I am certified in Aveda Advanced Color techniques and product knowledge.  Education is very important to growth so I travel a few times a year to shows all over the country and attend regular education through our Aveda network .  I love growing with my clients and trying new things to stay on trend.  I also enjoy teaching our new talent about the industry that I love and helping them become the best that they can be!   Additional technical education includes:  Goldwell master color courses and hair coloring and cutting thru Paul Mitchell.  I specialize in hair coloring and hair extensions.

Jen Sexton Level 4 Stylist Graduated from Delmarva Beauty Academy with over 19 years experience, specializing in highlights and color. When I was a little girl I would take care of my grandparents hair, trimming their eyebrows, and doing their pedicures, so I knew I would end up with a career in a the beauty industry, as I like to make people look their best.  I consider myself a great “Shampoo-ologist” as I give an awesome scalp massage, making each client feeling so relaxed.

Joyce MacMicking Level 4 Master Stylist As a Seasoned Cosmetologist I have over 30yrs experience in the hair & beauty industry. I formerly owned and operated The Entourage Salon and Spa in Towson Maryland. I am passionate about my profession and love all of the creative aspects including women and men hair cutting, coloring, and formal styling for those special occasions. This past year I relocated to the Delaware Beach and joined the fabulous team of All About U Aveda Salon & Spa and I’m so excited to service all your hair care needs.
