- In order to accommodate your needs for this very special day, we suggest that you begin planning your salon and spa services several months before your wedding day and photography session. Our services are often booked quite far in advance and it is best if you finalize your service needs early in the planning process to ensure a seamless transition of beauty and relaxation for you and your bridal party.

Bridal Service Policies…
- Appointment Scheduling:
In order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for you and your bridal party, it is important that arrangements are confirmed with our Coordinators at least 30 days prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen events can occur and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Please note, however, that our salon and spa services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within 30 days may not be possible based on availability. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process. - We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time so that you have ample time to relax and enjoy your experience. Please remember to wear a button down shirt the day of your service.
- Payment:
A deposit payment of 20% of the total charge for services is necessary to reserve your appointments. The balance is due the day of the wedding. - Cancelations/Refunds:
If you must cancel your appointment (s) please notify the salon and spa Coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to the event in order to receive a refund of your entire deposit. If cancelations must be made before 2 weeks of the event, no deposit refund will be given. Please note there will be no refund given for members of the bridal party who miss their appointment the day of the wedding. - Relaxing Environment:
We strive to create an atmosphere of tranquil joy for you and your wedding party. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to further enhance your experience. It is important that you disclose and medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated.
We regret to inform you that we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.
